郭光辉,男,1988年7月生,河南鹿邑人。博士,副教授,硕士生导师。
学习与工作经历:
2017年10月至今:河南大学棉花生物学/植物逆境生物学/作物逆境适应与改良重点实验室,从事小麦抗逆、遗传转化研究;
2011年9月至2017年7月:中国农业大学,作物遗传育种专业,硕博连读;
2007年9月至2011年7月:河南科技大学,农学专业,全日制本科生。
主要研究方向:
1.小麦、节节麦遗传转化与基因编辑研究;
2.小麦抗逆基因挖掘与功能研究;
3.小麦物种特异、种子胚中高丰度特异表达miRNA生物学功能研究;
4.小麦全基因组水平miRNA高通量克隆及生物学功能分析;
5.miR164对玉米侧根发育的调控;
6.小麦光温敏不育系西农291S不育基因的染色体定位。
