卢福浩,男,博士


河南大学杰出人才特区特聘教授,河南大学作物逆境适应与改良国家重点实验室课题组PI,英国皇家生物学会会士。2012年毕业于韩国公州国立大学(Kongju National University),获理学博士学位。2012-2019年,在英国约翰英纳斯中心(John Innes Centre)长期致力于小麦/节节麦/拟南芥/油菜等植物的基因组学/转录组学/表观基因组学等相关研究,参与组装并分析了多个作物的基因组,如小麦TGACv1,小麦IWGSC v0.4,节节麦Aet_MR1.0,小麦chr3DL等;同时,致力于生物学与计算科学交叉领域的定向信息挖掘,生物信息学技术平台的搭建/编程/应用,利用自定义编程开发生物信息学新流程/新工具(https://github.com/lufuhao)。2019年,入职河南大学特聘教授,独立PI,组建生物信息学课题组。近5年来在TOP期刊发表文章6篇,总引用794次。




主要研究方向:


多倍体化通过杂种优势给植物带来丰富的抗逆资源。通过研究小麦/棉花/油菜/玉米等植物的基因组/转录组/表观基因组,深入了解并挖掘影响植物多倍体化以及形成杂种优势的关键基因,为现有作物引入更丰富的抗逆基因资源。目前,主要集中于以下几个方向:1)作物基因组学;2)多倍体化进程中基因的表达与适应;3)表观基因组学对多倍体化的贡献与影响。
