邹长松,男,博士,教授,博士生导师。

2007年在云南大学获理学硕士学位,2010年在中国科学院西双版纳热带植物获理学博士学位。2010-2016在中国农业科学院棉花研究所先后任助理研究员、副研究员,2016-2018年在中国科学院上海植物逆境生物学研究中心做博士后研究。主持和参与国家自然科学基金、国家863计划、河南省基础研究计划等研究项目,已在Nature Biotechnology、Nature Genetics、Cell Research、Nature communications、PNAS、Journal of Experimental Botany、Soil Biology & biochemistry等国际主流刊物上发表研究论文27篇,根据Web of Science的检索结果,已被它引2,100多次,h指数(h-index)为13。

主要研究方向:

1. 作物基因组学

针对我国棉花生产中的关键问题,综合运用基因组学、细胞生物学、遗传学等方法,重点研究棉酚腺体和纤维发育过程,挖掘关键调控因子,为棉花遗传改良奠定基础。

2. 棉花生物技术

针对棉花生产和应用中的的关键问题,通过遗传转化、基因组编辑等技术和方法,实现棉花遗传改良。

3. 生物信息学研究

利用二代测序技术平台和生物信息分析方法的结合,开发高通量低成本的作物基因分型方法。

1. 国家自然科学基金青年基金:棉花光子基因N1的图位克隆与功能研究(31301369),主持,2014.1-2016.12。
